He has been collaborating with Studio Tributario Associato since 2020 in the Financial area. He has consolidated his professional career through various experiences in the best institutions in the world, such as New York University, where he obtained the "Certificate in Investment Banking" with honors, and the NASD (National Association Securities Dealer) in New York, obtaining the qualification for Stockbroker activities ("International stockbroker license and NASD membership"). He began his career at Hornblower & Weeks in New York in 1999, participating in numerous private placements and IPOs with particular focus on start-up internet companies. He then worked at Ernst & Young from 2001 to 2008, where he reached the position of Senior Manager, dealing with feasibility analysis, accounting and financial due diligence, economic and financial planning and business valuation, assistance in the negotiation phase and in the closing of JV transactions. Subsequently, he served as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Creditors' Committee at a major Group. He is specialized in corporate crisis management and participates, as legal representative and consultant, in numerous debts restructuring operations that have also involved the management of staff lay-off plans with trade union counterparts. In particular, in the recent past he has been involved in maneuvers of arrangement with spin-off of a company branch and lay off of personnel put in place in agreement with various trade union representatives. Since 2020 he has been a member of the Order of Chartered Accountants of Prato. He currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer as well as Board Member at an important company in the technology sector about to be listed. Finally, he has been involved in the establishment of investment funds.
